By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using a Digital AI Vault product, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
Digital AI Vault sells downloadable digital products — editable documents and templates, spreadsheet models, website and project starter files, code repositories, editable video projects, checklists and written guides — together with consulting and implementation services. We do not sell personal-contact databases, email or phone lists, or scraped data of any kind.
2. Digital products
We provide digital resources that may include document and proposal templates, resumes and application materials, contracts and standard operating procedures, spreadsheet and financial models, website and project starter files, source-code repositories, editable video and content projects, presentation decks, checklists, written guides, and bundles of the above. Some products are delivered as a repository or archive rather than a single file. The product page describes what is included in each purchase.
3. Licence
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property or automatically grant resale rights.
4. No resale or redistribution
Unless expressly stated on the product page, you may not resell the original product, redistribute source files, upload purchased files to public file-sharing sites, share protected download links, give paid products away publicly, sell an unchanged database as your own, provide unlimited third-party access, claim ownership of material you do not own, or circumvent access restrictions.
Purchases do not automatically include Resell Rights, Master Resell Rights, Private Label Rights, White-Label Rights or redistribution rights.
5. Research and data products
Our research and data products are informational digital resources. Depending on the product they may support market research, competitor analysis, category sizing, planning, reporting and other lawful business purposes.
Coverage, fields, methodology and compilation date vary by product. Please review the product description before purchase.
Our research products describe markets, categories and industries. They are not personal-contact databases and are not sold for direct marketing to individuals.
6. Accuracy and sources
Research is compiled at a point in time from sources believed reliable when the product was prepared. Markets move, so figures can date. Unless a product page states a measurable guarantee, words such as premium, in-depth or comprehensive describe the scope and positioning of a product rather than promising that every figure will stay current indefinitely.
Where a product cites external sources, those sources remain subject to their own terms.
7. How you use what you buy
You are responsible for ensuring your use of any product complies with the laws, regulations and platform rules that apply to you. If you use our templates or research to run marketing of your own, the consent, opt-out, sender-identification and record-keeping obligations for that activity are yours.
We do not provide legal advice.
8. No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, replies, meetings, customers, conversions, engagement, marketing return on investment or business success. Results depend on your market, your offer, your execution and conditions outside our control.
9. Source code and starter projects
Where a product is a code repository or starter project, you receive a licence to use and modify it in your own work and in work you deliver to your own clients. You may not resell or redistribute the starter itself as a competing product.
Starter projects may reference third-party open-source packages, which remain governed by their own licences. We do not warrant that a starter is fit for a particular production environment; you remain responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you deploy.
10. Templates and creative files
Where we provide templates, design files, presentation kits or other creative assets, use is subject to the licence stated on the product page. Unless expressly authorised you may not resell or redistribute the original source files. You are responsible for complying with the policies of any platform where you publish work made with them.
11. Third-party elements
Some products may include or reference third-party fonts, icons or sample material supplied under their own licences. Those elements remain subject to those licences. We grant only the rights we own or are authorised to provide.
12. Prohibited uses
Our products may not be used for fraud, phishing, identity theft, impersonation, harassment or stalking, spam, illegal automated messaging, unauthorised account access, malware distribution, deceptive marketing, unlawful surveillance, or any activity prohibited by law.
13. Intellectual property
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Digital AI Vault or the applicable rights holder. We can grant only rights we own, control or are authorised to provide. Third-party materials may remain subject to separate terms.
14. Third-party hosting
Products may be delivered using services such as Google Drive or other cloud providers, which operate independently and may experience outages or link changes outside our control. If an entitled customer’s link fails, contact support@digitalaivault.in and we will reasonably attempt to restore or replace access.
15. Suspension of access
We may restrict or terminate product access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorised redistribution, public sharing of protected links, security threats, chargeback abuse, licence violations, illegal use or circumvention of access controls.
16. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital AI Vault is not responsible for indirect business losses arising from how a customer chooses to use a digital product. Customers remain responsible for evaluating whether a product suits their intended purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
